A trading firm with two businesses: proprietary trading and asset management. Our own book is arbitrage, on-chain above all. Every system behind both is built in-house, end to end; some, such as execution and account analytics, we also run for others.
Same asset. Different price.
Chains, centralized exchanges, decentralized venues: the same asset trades on all of them, and never at quite the same price. We have traded that gap with our own capital since 2024. For external capital, since 2026: arbitrage and quantitative strategies, in digital assets and beyond. Every account reconciled daily against the venue's own records.

Isaac co-founder
Isaac designed Torii's trading infrastructure and leads its strategies. He holds an MSc in CS from HKU. Before Torii he worked in quantitative research, trading and asset management at top-tier financial institutions. He is also a partner at a proprietary venture firm.
DC co-founder
DC builds Torii's on-chain execution infrastructure and smart contracts. Prior to Torii, he conducted research on LLM at Microsoft Research Asia and received the "Stars of Tomorrow" Award of Excellence. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at HKU, with a research focus on robust machine learning. His work has been published in leading venues such as INFOCOM, ICDCS, ICDM, WWW, and AAAI.
Alen advisor
Alen advises Torii. He has more than a decade in investing, across traditional finance, venture capital and digital assets. He co-founded a proprietary venture firm, after investment and research roles at Xorder and LongHash.
